How to transfer calls to voice mail?

While on an outside call:
Press the VT key
Dial the extension number
Hang up to complete the transfer

How to change the ring/handset volume?

Press the Transfer key
Dial 114
Use the right and left display keys and the volume up/down keys to select and change the desired levels
Press the Transfer key to save and exit

To set the Date and Time

1.    Press Transfer key
2.    Dial 200
3.    Dial 1234 (Password)
4.    Dial 1 (to ENABLE programming)
5.    Press the Speaker key
6.    Dial 505
7.    Enter 0 through 7 for the day (Sunday = 0)
8.    Enter 2 digit month
9.    Enter 2 digit day
10.  Enter 2 digit year
11.  Enter 2 digit hour
12.  Enter 2 digit minute
13.  Press the Speaker key
14.  Press the Transfer key when done
