While Listening to Messages you have the following options:
- Press 1 to play / replay the message you just heard
- Press 11 to play the previous message
- Press 2 to save the message you just heard and listen to the next
message
- Press 3 to delete the message you just heard and listen to the next
message
- Press 6 to forward the message and save a copy
- Press 7 to rewind the message 5 seconds
- Press 77 to change the playback volume of the recording
- Press 8 to pause or resume during message playback
- Press 9 to fast forward the message 5 seconds
- Press 99 to change the playback speed of the recording
- Press 00 to hear the time and date
- Press # to move to the next message. Does not save or discard the
current message
- Press ## to scan the first 7 seconds of the message then skips to
the next message. To stop scanning press 1
- Press * to cancel and return to the previous menu
